
ABOUT ME
I have been recognized as one of the most outstanding athletes in the history of Spanish athletics, with a record that includes two World Cups and an Olympic silver medal in the 20-kilometer race at Athens 2004. I also have two European titles and am a three-time world runner-up.

COACH
For me, training has always been fundamental, but always paying close attention to detail to be much more efficient in everything.
MOTIVATION
A large part of my success is due to sports psychology; it taught me how to cope with difficult moments in my professional and personal life.
EXPERIENCE
Being able to work as a coach allows the athlete to remain competitive and to teach and develop everything they have learned as an athlete.
METHOD
Having daily contact and maintaining feedback among the entire team is essential to be able to develop a customized plan.
